Also contained in this latest image disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands. Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million. These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool. You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section. The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying different areas of the property. Alongside this are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings. Additional images released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
